Multicolour Multimaterial 3D Printer from Stratasys (the folks that brought Makerbot)

The image above shows two bike helmets printed in full colour from two base materials, a rubber like component and a clear plastic component. Yes clear, that's interesting eh? Look what else you can print in a single run...

With lens in situ! That's a rather nice feature in the £200,000 printer. The printer can make composite forms with the two materials and can also be colour mixed to provide 45 colours in a single print run. The feature set can be found at the Stratasys website. Where with a little digging you can find their demo video, or you can watch it embedded with us.
