In late Novemeber 2012 two shipping containers were blown overboard a stricken ship. One contained coin cell batteries, the other premium quality Blue Cree LEDs. The storm threw the containers together repeatedly until eventually they crashed together with such force their contents melded together. Weeks later, in early December, flickr user Hala065 stumbled upon the contents washed up on a beach in the Maldives.
Just kidding, what he actually photographed was some rather cool bioluminiscent phytoplankton.
